Pupil reaches Taj Mahal!

We had a wonderful end to the week today when we were joined by two parents in Celebration Assembly.  They were invited because we had a Taj Mahal Award to present for reaching 150 Wow points.  This was a real feat as it is not easy to achieve so early in the year.  Only through fantastic behaviour and hard work could this many Wow points be achieved.  Very well done - keep up the amazing effort!

999 What's your emergency?

The children in Reception were learning about people who help us, and how to stay safe last half term.

As part of their Engish learning they designed and labelled an emergency vehicle. They then took these designs home so they could collect junk modelling materials to make their vehicle from.

Mums, Dads and Grans then came into school one morning for a fun crafty workshop. It was lovely to see everyone working together to make the emergency vehicles- the creativity was amazing! In some cases I am not sure who enjoyed it the most- the children or the adults?!
